Large models need a route into the room, not only a destination address.
Final shipping and installation terms will be activated after carriers, packaging tests, insurance and production weights are validated.
Quotation boundary
Published starting prices exclude shipping, crates, insurance, site access, installation and GST. A final quote responds to packed dimensions, mass, destination, stairs or lift access, delivery window, event rules and whether a trained setup team is required.
Packing and dispatch
Removable parts, movement and lighting are isolated before packing. Critical elements receive shaped protection and a position record. Dispatch follows a visible-condition review against the approved revision; it does not remove the need for destination inspection.
Delivery inspection
The recipient should inspect the outer package before signing, photograph any visible damage and open the crate using the supplied sequence. Keep all protection until the model is checked. Report concealed damage promptly with photographs of packaging, model and revision label.
Installation and event deadlines
Where installation is quoted, the client must provide safe access, a load-rated plinth, power matching the approved low-voltage system and an authorised site contact. Immovable events require programme contingency; carrier delay cannot be treated as an automatic production warranty.
