Final return, damage, warranty and repair terms require legal review and physical-production validation before commercial activation.
Bespoke scope
Presentation models are made against client-controlled sources and written proof approval, so change-of-mind returns are not expected to apply in the same way as standard retail goods. Statutory rights are not limited by this concept policy.
Proof discrepancies
Visible production should be reviewed against the approved proof, stated simplification and quoted sample boundaries. A later source revision, preference change or unapproved detail is not automatically a defect. Any genuine discrepancy requires evidence and a reasonable inspection opportunity.
Transit damage
Preserve packaging, photograph the condition immediately and avoid operating damaged lighting or mechanisms. Claims need the delivery record, package photographs, model photographs and revision ID. The remedy may be component replacement, repair, return inspection or another proportionate solution.
Maintenance and misuse
Normal dusting, lamp service, removable-part inventory and careful transport remain the operator's responsibility. Forcing movement, connecting unapproved power, exceeding the declared duty, exposing the model to moisture or altering parts can fall outside an agreed remedy.
