List CAD, BIM, drawings, colours, labels and references with revision dates. Resolve which source controls if two files disagree and identify confidential or excluded areas.
Approve scale and simplification
The proof fixes model dimensions, base, detail hierarchy, removable sections, labels, interaction and open assumptions. Two consolidated revision rounds are included.
Prototype the riskiest fragment
Where useful, one material or mechanism sample answers a specific uncertainty—façade perforation, colour contrast, panel fit, LED legibility or manual motion.
Produce against the approved revision
Fabricated components, labels, lighting and bases remain tied to the written proof. Later source changes receive a cost and programme impact review.
Inspect, pack and explain
Before dispatch, we review visible condition, interaction, removable parts and packing positions. Setup and handling notes identify the approved revision and service boundaries.
