Reference files should remain private, time-limited and purpose-bound.
This notice describes the intended intake behaviour. Legal identity, processor details and jurisdiction-specific wording must be finalised before commercial activation.
Information collected
The quote form collects name, email, phone, model quantity, deadline, dimensions, source-file description, scale, interaction, additional context, consent and optional JPEG or PNG references. Cloudflare Turnstile is intended to limit automated abuse.
Purpose
Submitted information is used to assess feasibility, prepare a quotation, respond to the named request, prevent abuse and maintain an approval record where a commercial relationship proceeds. It is not intended for unrelated sale or fabricated marketing claims.
Storage and retention
Quote and order-intent records are designed for Cloudflare D1 with opaque identifiers, while private references are designed for R2 object storage. Uploaded references expire after 30 days. Inactive lead and order-intent records expire after 12 months, subject to lawful accounting or dispute needs after activation.
Controls and contact
Server-side validation, rate limits, consent, file-type and file-size checks are required. A verified privacy contact and legal-controller identity will be published at activation. Until then, do not submit confidential production files unless the protected intake is visibly active and appropriate contractual safeguards have been agreed.
