Building detail, trees, vehicles and public realm elements are simplified according to scale; the model is not a statutory planning record.
Display indoors on a level, load-rated surface; large bases require two-person lifting and destination access checks.
Small removable pieces are presentation components, not toys, and must be kept away from children without supervision.
The model requires a verified display plinth and access route; low-voltage illumination must use the supplied power system.
